Not that she will have any way of knowing unless she hears something wildly different from another, more trustworthy source. But Ruby has to believe that maybe Regina doesn't hate her enough to lie about something like this. ]
( if that's the last Ruby remembers, it's certainly behind what Regina does. so her paranoia was apparently well founded. )
I wasn't exactly involved in that ridiculousness, seeing as the town more or less had me confined to my house. I do recall reading in the paper George getting arrested for that crime, however.
