💀 Character Information
Name: Regina Mills / The Evil Queen
Canon: Once Upon a Time
Canon Point: S3a End
Age: Never stated exactly, but late thirties + 28 for all her cursed years.
Description: Regina is a very attractive woman, with dark hair and dark eyes. She's more curvy than skinny, and she's actually quite short considering how intimidating a creature she's capable of being. She has a scar over her lip. She always chooses to dress extremely stylishly.
Physical changes: Not going for this yet, but will consider it further in-game.
Powers: Magic in the Once Upon a Time universe is very... complicated. Mostly because the show itself refuses to tell us the rules and loves to throw in magical solutions to plots they want resolved. That said, I'll do the best I can to list Regina's abilities. Anything she has been witnessed to do or capable of can also be found here.

Regina is especially known for her use of dark magic. Her tutor, Rumpelstiltskin, introduced her to many dark tricks of the trade. This ranges from the ability to create fireballs, change her appearance as she pleases, teleport, manipulation of items with magic (aka telekinesis), generating items out of thin air, be it retrieving them or creating them. She's also capable of using spells such as tracking or healing, as well as repelling and absorbing other magic. She's been shown to catch arrows thanks to magic as well.

She's capable of more than just spells and tricks, however. She has been shown to be quite capable of making potions, and especially curses. She was able to cast the dark curse, which is one of the most powerful curses known to the Enchanted Forest. She has the knowledge to do all sorts of magical tricks and has the ability to read latin and elvish which most spell books are written in.

Her most notorious ability, of course, is her ability to steal hearts. After she's done so she can control and compel her victims to do as she wants them to, even compel them to forget that she's taken their heart to begin with. And if she desires it, she can crush their heart and kill them instantly. Can you kill a person via crushed heart in hell? I guess that's the question. Not that she'd be stealing any hearts... Of course not!
History: HERE
Hell Status: Newbie
What Brings Them To Hell: What doesn't bring Regina to hell. She's guilty of cursing an entire realm, killing multiple people, terrorism, rape, child neglect, kidnapping... Honestly, the list goes on forever.
The Pitch: Regina is a very complicated character. I think that's why we all love her. Besides her face. I like that too. Really though, I find her character extremely intriguing, and her descent into evil and slow path back again incredibly fascinating. Regina canonically struggles with doing the wrong thing a lot. It's rather ironic to send her to hell to try and make her a better person. I know it's backwards, but that is what I am hoping for. The show did not do her story justice, I think, and I'm bringing her from her most heroic of moments straight to hell. I want to know what kind of madness she'll get up to down here. I want to know what will happen to her at her literal lowest, separated from the only thing that brought her light and dragged her away from the darkness that corrupted her life for decades. I want to know if she can fight to be the mother Henry said goodbye to, or if she will devolve into the Evil Queen just to survive. I'm not sure yet, but I think this game will be a great opportunity to explore the many facets of her character. The darker ones, the ones that had her curse an entire realm, rip hearts out of chests and keep them in boxes for her amusement, and the beautiful ones too. The ones that raised a smart, charming, endearing son, the ones that inspired her to save the very population she cursed not once but twice. She has a lot to atone for, the question is simply, will she?
Setting Fit: Shortly after this season point, Regina proved to be suicidal after the loss of her son. She literally wanted to put herself under a sleeping curse, which would basically have tossed her into a room of fire to burn with her memories forever. Basically, she should be overjoyed to end up in hell, right? Well, wrong, actually. I think she will be very angry and emotional. She'll probably hinge on her destructive tendencies, especially at first. She will probably struggle a lot and it could get ugly, but I think there's also a chance she'll find the power to be strong and try and be the mother Henry said goodbye to. Even in hell. I know it's crazy that I'm not actually sure, but I want to find the answers in-game. I'm sure she'll have lots of opportunities for good and evil.
